Regence Blue Shield offers a variety of plans for individuals and families, ranging from comprehensive to catastrophic coverage, as well as a plan that qualify for use with Health Savings Accounts. The new Regence BreakthruSM plans also cover work-related injuries. These plans are available in all Western Washington counties, except Clark. The plans are also available in the following Eastern Washington Counties: Columbia, Klickitat, Walla Walla and Yakima.
