LifeWise Health Plan of Washington offers a variety of plans ranging from comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible to catastrophic plans with up to a $10,000 deductible as well as plans that qualify for use with Health Savings Accounts. LifeWise plans cover work-related injuries.
